Xiaomi Pad 7S Pro 12.5 Tablet Spotted on Geekbench Ahead of its Soon Launch: Few Key Performance Specs Pointed Out

The Chinese consumer electronics maker – Xiaomi will soon be unveiling the Pad 6S Pro 12.4 successor in its home market and ahead of it, the upcoming device has been spotted on the Geekbench database. A few of its key performance specs have also been pointed out.

Xiaomi Pad 7S Pro 12.5 – Geekbench Listing

The upcoming Xiaomi Pad 7S Pro 12.5 tablet device which carries the model number of ‘25053RP5CC’ (‘C’ – Chinese variant) has been listed on the Geekbench database, and the device has scored 2631 points and 8449 points respectively on the single-core and multi-core performance tests. As confirmed by the brand, the device uses the XRING O1 chip within it, featuring 2 x 3.40 GHz cores, 4 x 3.04 GHz cores, 2 x 1.89 GHz cores, and 2 x 1.80 GHz cores. The ARM Mali G925 Immortalis GPU will be integrated onto the device, and it will have the Android 15 operating system (with the HyperOS 2 on top) out of the box. A 16GB RAM option can also be expected for the device.

Speaking more, its other revealed/expected specs include the 12.5″ flagship display screen, 10610 mAh battery backup, 120W wired fast charging feature, 5.8 mm thin body, PC-level software + PC-level floating keyboard, stylus support, and Black and Grey/Silver color choices. Also, this device was previously certified by the 3C and Bluetooth SIG authorities as well.

Along with the Xiaomi Mix Flip 2, Redmi K Pad, and the Redmi K80 Ultra, the Xiaomi Pad 7S Pro 12.5 tablet will be unveiled in the Chinese market at the end of this month in June 2025. To note, the upcoming Xiaomi Pad 7S Pro 12.5 tablet is also believed to be positioned under the May 2025-released Xiaomi Pad 7 Ultra tablet that was introduced at a CNY 5699 starting price point in China.
