Next MediaTek Dimensity 9500 Flagship Chip Spotted on Geekbench, Revealing its Core Details

The Taiwanese tech maker – MediaTek following its October 2024-released Dimensity 9400 chip, April 2025-released Dimensity 9400+ chip, and the May 2025-released Dimensity 9400e chip is preparing the next Dimensity 9500 flagship chip for launch and it has now been spotted on the Geekbench database. Via this listing, a few of its core details have been revealed as well.

MediaTek Dimensity 9500 – Geekbench Listing

As per what has been revealed, MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500 flagship chip (alps k6993v1_64) has achieved 15,717 OpenCL score on Geekbench, and it is revealed to have a 1 + 3 + 4 core configuration unlike what was said before. The architecture consists of a Travis X930 primary core clocked at 3.23 GHz, along with three Alto cores and four Gelas cores with respective clock speeds of 3.03 GHz and 2.23 GHz. Moreover, the chip will be integrated with the ARM Mali G1 Ultra MC12 GPU too, supporting 1 MHz frequency.

 

Just to add, earlier it was said that the first wave of the MediaTek Dimensity 9500-powered smartphone that are probably going to hit the market by the end of this year will likely be coming in two different sizes – both large form factor and small form factor. Additionally, these devices are reported to support full periscope telephoto specifications as well.

Speaking of related updates, this month we have already by now seen the launch of a few MediaTek Dimensity chip-powered smartphones. The itel Zeno 5G, Realme C73 5G, and Realme Narzo 80 Lite 5G smartphones equipped with the Dimensity 6300 chipset were launched in India, while the Chinese market witnessed the launch of the Vivo Y300c device with this same chipset onboard. Also, the much-awaited Infinix GT 30 Pro also got unveiled in India this month and it uses MediaTek’s Dimensity 8350 Ultimate chip.
