iQOO Pad 5 Series Launching This Month in China; iQOO Watch 5 Also Releasing Soon in the Country
Vivo’s subsidiary and a leading Chinese consumer electronics maker – iQOO has announced the arrival of its Pad 5 series tablets and the Watch 5 smartwatch in China. The former is scheduled to launch this month, while the release of the latter is said to take place soon.

iQOO Pad 5 Series – Launching in May 2025
The upcoming iQOO Pad 5 series has been teased with the tagline – ‘Easy to Play Big’, and is revealed to be both stronger and lighter. It is also pointed out to offer PC-level performance, and feature a large display screen. As mentioned its launch is scheduled to take place this month in May 2025 in the Chinese market.
Via the teaser poster, the iQOO Pad 5 series is also revealed to offer a Green color variant and sport a circular rear camera module housing a primary camera and an LED flashlight within it. Large battery backup may also be offered

iQOO Watch 5 – Releasing Soon
The iQOO Watch 5 smartwatch is revealed to feature a circular dial display, and it will have a rotatable crown and functional button at the right side. Fabric straps will also be offered for the smartwatch, with Red and Blue accents on it. Also to note, this smartwatch was unveiled at the 2025 KPL Spring Finals and it accurately monitored and recorded the (~health) status of players. AI capabilities are also part of it, and this latest smartwatch is mentioned to have its release soon in China.

This month in May 2025, iQOO has also scheduled the launch of the iQOO Neo 10 Pro+ smartphone too in its home market and the pre-booking is currently live. Just to add, this smartphone will be introduced at CNY 3.5K and will offer a 2K resolution display and BMW M Motorsport collaborated new Blue color choice (featuring a gradient checkerboard pattern at the rear).
